The second edition of the international workshop Palaeontology in Atlantic Islands – Cabo Verde (2PAI-CAB) took place between 6 and 27 July 2024, on the islands of Sal, Santiago, Boavista and Maio, and included the participation of a multidisciplinary international team, with researchers, technicians and students from six different institutions.

2PAI-CAB made possible to expand the palaeontological knowledge on these islands, through visits to the islands fossiliferous outcrops/ palaeosites of interest.
